Payment terms
We are now to accept credit card payments by phone or by sending you an electronic invoice with a pay now button.
Deliveries Policy
Deliveries can be arranged by prior request and will be quoted prior to delivery. This is obviously dependant upon where the items are to be delivered and the nature of the goods to be supplied.
Cancellations Policy
Cancellations will be accepted, but due to the manufacture to order status of our products there may be charges incurred. This will be dependant upon whether materials have been purchased and or work has been started.
If goods have already been delivered we would only be able to entertain a cancellation due to bad workmanship or incorrectly supplied goods. We would need to be notified within 3 days of delivery of any such occurrence.
